The culture of the maritime sector is described as traditional while there are so many opportunities. Young maritime professionals sometimes think they don’t get the exposure they deserve, while the ‘establishment’ is looking for ways to connect and doesn’t see why young professionals are so dedicated to innovation, digitalisation and the energy transition.
To further intensify cooperation, these two will share their vision during a panel discussion. What can the youngsters give the seniors and vice versa: what was the best advise they got while accelerating their career.
