Founded in 1937 as a mutual insurance company by and for Dutch shipowners, we started as the Netherlands’ first and only P&I Club. In 2025 we expanded our services to include marine insurances for small to large shipping companies in the coastal trade and inland shipping. With this development, we bring our experience and long-standing partnerships to the worldwide shipping sector—while continuing to honor the principles of a mutual insurer.
