Recap Nor-Shipping 

On June 3rd, RMSC hosted a well-attended breakfast session at Nor-Shipping, together with NMT-IRO, Rotterdam Maritime Capital of Europe, and the Netherlands Embassy to Norway. Held at the Thon Hotel Arena, the event brought together maritime leaders from the Netherlands and Norway for a focused discussion on the energy transition in shipping.

Under the guidance of moderator Hannah Mosmans, the session featured expert contributions on methanol, ammonia, and hydrogen pilots, as well as legal, financial, and operational perspectives from insurers, shipbuilders, service providers, and simulation training experts.

The interactive panel and open discussion highlighted the importance of international collaboration, regulatory clarity, and practical innovation in advancing maritime decarbonisation.
