Recap Community Lunch August 29th

On Thursday, August 29th, we had the pleasure of welcoming eight members to a Community Lunch at the Maritime Museum. The members had the opportunity to get to know each other and the museum! Bert, the director of the Maritime Museum, shared insights about the museum and its future plans!

Lisette Smit-Bennemeer operations manager at Erasmus School of Law provided an update on the Human Capital ambassadorship.

Human Capital

Human capital refers to the collective value of a workforce’s knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and other attributes that contribute to an organization’s productivity and performance.

Organizations that invest in their human capital—through training, development, health programs, and career advancement opportunities—tend to have more engaged, productive, and innovative employees, leading to a competitive advantage in the market.

Ambassadorship

This ambassadorship is currently being further developed in coordination with the RMSC  manager and RMSC board, with the agreed focus areas being: Recruiting, Education, Health Care, and Internationalization.
